**Note: Players whose parents are members of one of the Friday League Interclub dues-paying clubs are exempted from this entry fee.  All other players must submit a check for $15 made out to BDGA with the entry form and mail to the address below by the deadline date of three days prior to the event. If you wish to play in ALL FOUR of the events, the cost will be $50 instead of 4x$15 = $60!! One entry form for all four may be used if this is your choice.
